If you have a computer plug it into it. It should recognize it as a "USB Video Device" under the Imaging Devices of the Device Manager. Also, its Properties > Detail tab > Hardware Ids drop down. The first line should be "USB\VID_046D&PID_080C&REV_0010&MI_00" if it isn't then you might not have the right webcam.

Logitech HD Pro Webcam c910 is not right cam?
And I have another one Logitech Webcam C110. Same problem on Revue!
In PC there is not problem. There are working correctly... But on Revue Prioblems...

You may have been confused because the C910 and the Logitech TV Cam for Revue look alike in pictures. But the TV Cam is physicaly larger and has a hardware encode built in to offload the revue's processor.

Yes thats right ... In picture they are same...
Now i will buy new TV Cam... Thanks for all...
Last question. Without TV Cam i can`t open Logitech Vid HD application and write text message? Cam is necessary?

The Logitech ViD HD application is a video conferencing client not a instant message client. So, yes, the TV Cam is required to use it.

I wish there was a test mode that allowed incomming only calls. It would be nice to call the TV upstairs and tell the kids to come down etc...
