Previously worked and indicates a firewall problem. Have cleared cache. Cannot log into account. Have reset password. My family have the Revues with the camera and all having the same problem.

Now it's working. Servers must have been down since both of us in different States had the same problems. Or, Logi engineers got right on my request. Either way, all good now.
