Yeah, the support is useless. My Revue broke, so I contacted support. They told me to ship it back & they'd send a replacement. They said after they receive it would take 7-10 business days to get my replacement. It's been over 5 weeks & I never got anything back & never heard from Logitech. I called them today to see what's going on & they said they don't have enough revues to send out to replace the broken ones for people because they stopped making them. They said I had an option to either keep waiting or they would refund my money in 6-7 weeks. I told them to just refund my money! At least the refunded my money, but I'm upset the abandoned the Revue.

I couldn't find any mention of the number of units sold, sold out would mean more if I knew that. I picked up two about a year ago after the price drop and love mine but I also own the Sony NSZ-GT1, first generation Blu-ray/Google TV which is slightly better and still being supported.
