After the update I will occassionally lose sound on the TV PIP while surfing. If I go back to a previous screen the sound will return. Strange.
Also just curious why can't we access Google Earth with Google TV? Seems like that would be a given.

Hello foncool,
I am sorry for the delay in responding.
I was wondering if this issue is still occuring for you.
If it is what type of sites does the sounds turn off? Is it sites that have sound on them?

I too am having the same issue, not only sound disappears, but the picture becomes very choppy as if "re-buffering"
I have checked the HDMI cables, but don't what else to do... I tried calling the support line...But was on hold for so long I tough my 11 month old would graduate high school be fore I got a tech on the phone...
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated

I am also suffering from loss of sound and intermittent loss of video after the update. I have 3 Revue, 1 older and 2 brand spanking new. At first I thought it was a defective box, so I opened up the backup unit, Same problem. The problem does not happen immediately but after 1-3 days on and requires a system reboot to resolve temporarily. I have changed HDMI cables to ones that support 1.4 and shorter cables, I have 10 spares from Monster to RCA, and it does not appear to be cable nor HDMI Spec specific. The kicker is now it is happening to my original box the one I have had for a while, and that has worked for a while and worked for a while after updating. I hope this is not a purposeful end of life move by Logitech.
