What solution has been offered for the spinning circle when we try to access the Market directly from the bar, not from Chrome?

There are essentially two issues which may prevent you from using the Market as expected:

  1. Bad App cache:  Try GTV Settings > Applications > Manage Application then perform a Force Stop followed by a Clear Data for Market, Market Feedback Agent, Market Updater. Once your done with all three, pressing [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Del] to reboot it and try again.
  2. Obsolete DNS cache: This is a situation where your ISP's DNS cache has outdated information.  In this case try using Google's public DNS (http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using.html)
