Netflix "hidden" behind black screen

When I try to log onto Netflix it is hidden behind what I can only describe as a big black screen. The screen does not take up the entire television screen so I can see Netflix behind the screen and if I click on "ok" a movie will start behind the black screen but I am only seeing the edges of the movie. Any suggestions on what this could be? Netflix is the only app affected by this screen, everything else works find.

Re: Netflix "hidden" behind black screen

ive seen the same thing when playing videos via LMP. i can see just one column a few pixles wide on the left side but then its all black. happens sometimes when going between applications.

cant tell if its behind a black window or completly shiffed (like on a second display that doesnt exist to the left hand side).

Re: Netflix "hidden" behind black screen

This happened to me a few days ago... I fixed itself after about 2 hours and I never saw it happen again. I couldn't get to Netflix on my Wii at the same time, so assume it was that kind of problem.

Re: Netflix "hidden" behind black screen

I am having the exact same problem with my netflix.  I can hear the sound of the movie and see two bars on both sides of the screen, but there is a large black box covering the screen.  This is the only thing I use the Logitech Revue for.  I am using the wireless connection but I find it hard to believe that this has anything to do with the problem since I can hear the audio and see the sides of the movie.  Please help.

Re: Netflix "hidden" behind black screen

I'm having the same problem with Netflix on the Logitech Revue. Netflix works fine if I use my PS2 or my Wii so it's not a Netfix problem, but with the Logitech Revue, it just appears as a very thin bar on the left side of the screen. Other applications (Amazon Prime and YouTube work fine using he Revue- it's just a problem with Netflix. I've tried clearing the Settings options, but nothing seems to help - it's very frustrating.

Unplug the Revue, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in.  Worked like a charm.
