Don't get too anxious.  DTS doesn't work with the two leaked Honeycomb builds.  I wouldn't expect it to work with the final build either.

GTVBox Vide Player allows you to select between audio streams.

How much does this hurt the sound quality and will every track be able to switch over?  Or just certain ones that have a different audio track?

It can only switch the audio tracks if there are multiple audio streams within the file container that are compatible.
