Your servers are down again and I can't add my STB which I've just updated.
Please fix this... annoying.

I was having issues where I could not control my tv with my revue keyboard. I tried deleting the tv and cable source but when I try to add either of them back I get "network unavailable" or "Access Denied" messages. I have tried everything including wifi and ethernet, resetting the modem, router and the revue itself and still nothing!
I can't understand how this seems to have been an issue since early December when the first posts about it where made but nothing has been done to resolve it???

I've already been disconnected while waiting on hold despite "logitech realizing my time is valuable." Now on hold again approaching an hour. Is the revue approaching "abandonware" status?

The logitech stopped working. Reboot and start to configure. Stop at step 7 of 11
- "The network is unavailable
An error occurs while processing your request
Retry, Help, Cancel"
- Click on Help shown the "wire network connected" (can see google. apps are downloading)
- CAN NOT GET OUT OF THI
Follow logitech guru
- Unplug the modem
- Unplug the router
- Unplug logitech revue
--- Wait for one minute and plug the modem, router and logitech revue back
- The "network is unavailable " is there.....
Please help,
Thanks

I reboot and follow your guide. However, the "Network is unavailable" happens after that
Click on help shown wire network connected (I am using wired network)
I can see the google. app download and install message..
I have been trying a few time and have not been working....
Please help,
Thanks

It's cause they don't care anymore, so they have this at the absolute bottom of the priority sequence, after all, they are busy trying to support their webcams.

Will this update resolve the authentication error ( Step 7 setup) or also called firmware corruption been around for awhile? I'd like to know before I return my logitech revue with google tv.

Do you ever wonder why we're sitting here day after day just boiling over & getting ZERO response? Logitech is out. They're not going to help. HERE'S where our efforts need to be directed. They're the ONLY ones that can/will fix this. It's death by 1,000 razor blades if they don't...
