Thanks. As mentioned I bought the original 200mbps devices when I moved in. At that time 200 was 'new' the existing ones were 20 only. I suspect things will just get better.
I did notice at the time there was more than one standard and you needed to ensure you got devices that could talk to one another. Not sure if that's an issue anymore but before I buy anything new I'd certainly want to ensure there was compatibility.
Note that my boxes are, in fact, Netgear.

I am having the same issue with being stuck in an infinite loop of "Checking for Updates" then a reboot after about 5 minutes. Have tried using the reset button on the back and unplugging multiple times. When it's not getting hung on the triangle with exclamation point, it goes to the update checking loop.
I also attempted to contact support by telephone last night and was disconnected twice after waiting approximately 40 minutes each time without ever talking to anyone. I would appreciate some contact from Logitech to advise on how to proceed with this issue. From other posts, it appears this is not an isolated incident.

Hello Portscan,
I am sorry to hear that your Revue has lost its wireless connection.
We have had some reports of this and I would like you to assign a static IP address in the connection setup. You will need to highlight the DHCP section of your wireless connection.
Then you will need to add in the information requested.
Let me know how that goes. Also what is the build number if you are able to get that.
I have the 3.1 build number. Static doesn't work. Honeycomb is there, but no wireless. I've tried everything in the threads.

My Revue is 2 month old and it was doing fine up to Dec 11, 11 . Today ( Dec 14) I turned on the TV and I got a red screen for several second then went to black then to white and just stay there . I wonder if the automactic software update is the cause of this problem ( I did not do any command update at all except at the initial set-up ). Rebooted , no help . Reset unit back to factory default setting , no help . I only see the Logitech logo appeared for a second then the screen go thru color change again . Tried new HDMI cord , no help . Note: I connected Revue straight to my TV and using WiFi .

Just completed the install successfully of the 3.1 update this morning, HOWEVER...... upon a reboot of the device, the image is cut off (I can only see 25-30% of what should be on the screen. Note... It is as if I zoomed in - the entire 120" screen is filled... but is only displaying a small portion of the media zoomed in. This is using a 1080p input from the cable box and and is being displayed as 1080p on an Optoma HD20 projector. PLEASE HELP!! Already tried multiple reboots, nothing....

Sounds like you need to re-adjust your resolution / screen size. To do this, go to Settings > Picture & Sound > Picture Size. I'd suggest the "no, start with defaul" to verify that your monitor is set properly.
Also, check the "ZOOM" setting specific to your TV, someone may have adjusted that as well.

Please try a Reset of your Revue, it sounds like an HDCP failure. To do the reset, follow these instructions: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/de

Sorry, the only option for this error right now is to contact support. I understand it's frustrating having to wait on hold only to be disconnected. I can only ask you to try again and be patient.

I have tried all the information in the following thread: http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Revue/Official-WiFi-
I am able to connect to my network both wired and wirelessly with no problems. My issues occur at step 5 while downloading system updates. It will get stuck in a loop of downloading updates and restarting. I have tried a factory reset multiple times, even left it on overnight and all day at work. Still no luck. I cannot retrieve a build # because it will not get past step 5.
Is there any way i can just skip the update process and boot back into v2.1 till these problems are resolved? I am paying a DVR integration fee.
