I have it set up on the remote but It does not do anything, I tired it on android/Iphone Harmony app, to turn off change Volume, mute. nothing works??? any help with getting the keyboard to funtion with the Reciever? I have it ran with an optical cable from the Revue to the Reciever, and HDMI from revue to Tv. I selected to have the volume change the reciever but to no avil.

bump. this kinda **bleep** I have to get up to turn volume up or down and to turn it off. any Logitech support?

Hello Discovered,

Is your Revue currently paired and able to control the volume/power on your TV or do the volume and power buttons have no affect on any of your devices? Would you be able you PM me with your gmail account you used when setting up your revue?

Thank you for the response, It paired fine with my tv, its just the AV box that it wont control. PMing you now with the google account. I had the keyboard and phones doing the tv volume but I changed it when I paired the AV box.

Hello Discovered,

 In your Revue, do the following :

 1, Press the Menu button(button with the four lines)

 2, Go to Settings>Input Devices>Customize Controller keys

 3, Using the directional keys, go to the volume up and down button

 4, Choose the volume up button and press the ok button on the keyboard to go into that button settings.

 Once you are in there, check to see what is the device associated with that key. Check to see if the AV box is controlling the volume. If not then change it and save the changes.

 Once you do the above, reboot the revue (ctrl+alt+del) and once the revue reboots, test the volume.

 Let us know how it goes.

I already had it set to AV, rebooted and still no control of the AV box.. its kinda weird it works fine with the TV.

I said %*!@ it! No help from LOGITECH so ill just do without my couple hundred dollar box.cEven though it is suppose to be compatible.. This is worse than M1cr0s0ft and there support back when xp was popular.
