Is there any chance of logitech making an update to the bootloader that would make it possible to start arbitrary linux distribution from usb flash drive?

This would result in quite some grateful customers and serious goodwill from the opensource community for logitech.

And, if they really need to protect their propratery code, they could make a special update, that erases the internal flash, but opens-up a generic boot loader.

There will be hacks and I quote "THERE WILL BE HACKS".  The good thing abou them botching this is there will be no reason for me to not buy a 3rd unit just for hacking.  The concept for revue is fine, I actually love the keyboard and the potential of it, just not the execution.

Logitech: please open the box and allow for unsigned apps. with that function available - suport wont be needed.  Dont like the chrome browser we could download a different one and bypass the limitations that curently hamper it

While I am not much into hacking my own Android devices I blieve the consumers are owed this at least after Christmas when they are officially no longer sold.
