Hello Kenny23,

 

 Have you attempted to clear the Cache for Netflix and try again:

 

 Can I get you to do the following:

 

 1, Click on the Home and go to the home page

 2, Click on Application

 3, Click on Manage Application

 4, Scroll down to Netflix and you should have two instances of Netflix

 5, Click on one and Clear Data and do the same for the other

 6, Reset the Revue (Ctrl + Alt + Del) and this should resolve the issue.

no luck...followed the steps you outlined and nothing changed...hmm what to do next?

Let see if we can De-activate your Netflix Account from the Revue and try again.

 

 Can I get you to try the following:

 

1, Open the Netflix application and enter the sequence of keys I have provided below,
2, On the keyboard use the direction keys and press:

Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up

You will see a screen pop up with an option to De-activate which I kindly ask you to do so. After De-activating the account I kindly ask you to sign back into Netflix again with your existing account and see if the problem persists.

I had tried this once before, so in effort to try everything you ask, I tried it again with no luck. I even went as far as to clear all data in both applications before I tried to log back in to Netflix. I keep getting the same screen as before. Just to ask....is there any way to delete all the downloaded updates so that I can download them again? When I do my factory reset, it tells me my system is up to date. I would assume when you do a reset that the downloads would delete as well...

That is correct,

 

 Just to make sure that we have covered all the basis of regaining complete accessibility to the Netflix Account,

 

 May I get you to confirm that you had gone through the below steps:

 

 1, Press and hold onto the Reset on the back of the Revue Box for a good 15  30 seconds and then let it go when you do see a Google Tv Icon.  It should basically start off fresh and walk you though the intital setup process from the very beginning.

 

 2, Second method to accomplish the same task would be to do the following:

            a, Press the Home Button on the Keyboard

            b, Select Applicating and scroll to the bottom and choose Settings

            c, Scroll to the bottom of Settings and choose About

            d, Scroll down to Factory data reset and select that to get rid of everything and start out fresh.

 

 If the problem is still persistent, then the problem might be something to do with Netflix itself at which point, I would request that you contact Netflix themselves as we are just the Source Providers. The app itself is made by netflix.

I'm having the exact same issue, and it can't be resolved by resseting, clearing cache, or any of the suggested methods. I have spoken with Netflix support, and they said the problem was that the app isn't being updated. I have two different firmware versions, and it can't be fixed. I hope to see this issue fixed in the next system update. I just bought this revue today, and I've already returned one because I assumed it was broken.

this is ridiculous I cannot get to update my netflix, it is still using the old interface, I cannot get to search by genre any idea what I should do? I tried factory reset, clearing cashed and data and ctrl + alt +del a couple of times and the app still only shows search and no options for search by genre or any other type.

I'm having this problem too. All I get is a search option. My screen looks the same as the post above me. What's the fix? I was about to cancel my netflix account thinking that netflix shrunk their library. The way it is, I'm limited to whats on the screen by default and cannot browse by category.
