It could be simply a hardware issue with your receiver. I had a similar issue after buying Revue, and had to get the receiver repaired (would work fine without Revue in the loop). Try a new receiver and see if the problem goes away.

No good.
I just picked up an Onkyo TX-NR609 (which was mislabeled $399, lucky me) and the problem is still there.
So far the count is 2 Onkyo Receivers, 2 HDMI cables, 2 Harmony Remotes (I had my old harmony that my "One" replaced), and 2 Revues. And all of them exhibit the same problem in that I temporarily lose remote control whenever there is a change in the link between the Revue and the Receiver.
I did find something different though. It almost seems like the duration of unresponsiveness is determined by how many commands I send from the remote. If I try to just tap a few buttons, it takes a while to get control back, but if I press and hold a button on the remote and send out a continuos command, I get control back much sooner.
Looks like I'm back to hoping that the 3.1 update fixes the issue. Also, my brother ordered a Revue last week and even though we don't run the exact same components, if we have the same problem with his setup, then I'll know this is something that the Logitech engineers will probably need to fix in an update.

I'm seeing the exact same problem here as well. I have a revue (3.1), harmony one and a yamaha receiver.
I can send multiple commands on the remote, but there no response on the revue (but i see the transmit light on the remote). I will use the keyboard on the revue and it will work immediately, but still nothing from the remote.
Then at some point the remote will just start working.
And it's not any of my equipment. I've used the remote, TV and receiver with 2 ps3s, a wii, an appletv, a stb, dvd player, satellite receiver etc. And everything has worked fine except for the revue.
I suspect we'll never get a fix for this since the revue has been discontinued... Thanks logitech.

Heh. Thanks, but not many people have floppy discs anymore.

Well,
I resorted to taping up the top parts of the IR receivers with electrical tape, and that seems to have fixed the problem.
I can't believe this Logitech. Did they not test this? I'm not the only one to have IR interference.
And all these years this is the 1st device to get IR interference. I've had $2 IR receivers work better than this.

The tape actually didn't fix the issue. The only way I can ever get the harmony to work is if I activate the revue with the included keyboard. Then everything works fine with the harmony.
Very frustrating.
Can't wait for LG or Vizio to release their GTV devices and I can get rid of this thing.
