I called Logitech tech support and the person I spoke with was very helpful. I only waited less than 5 minutes to speak with him.
Whan I told him my system was hanging while using either youtube.com of Prime movies from Amazon.com he told me just to reset the system to factory. This is done by pressing the button in the back right hand of the system and pressing it in for 30 seconds.
My system is working much better since doing this.
Good luck!

WARNING - THOUGH, IF YOU PUSH THE RESET BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE UNIT IT -WILL- DELETE -ALL- YOUR BOOKMARKS, PERSONALZED SETTINGS AND EVEN YOUR NETWORK PASSWORD !!! I FOUND THIS OUT THE HARD WAY !
SO BEFORE YOU DO THIS "PUSH BUTTON RESET" TO FACTORY SETTINGS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THESE THINGS BACKED UP SOMEWHERE!

Please see the following thread and add your information there:
You can also open up a case with the Revue Support team through email, chat or phone if you would like to track it.
Also a factory reset WILL erase your information unless you opted to back it up at the beginning of setup then you can reinstall it during the setup.

Hello DavidStanely,
Sadly you cannot do this on the Revue as you cannot download plugins. The flash player is made special for the Google TV chrome version.

I'm wondering whether to mark that as spam, since the instructions he offers is ONLY for PCs and not relative to the Revue AND he has a link to an off-site article regarding it.

Anyone can report "inappropriate content" and then the moderators will review it and make the decision on if it is Spam or not. I do not have those types of forum powers to block or delete or do anything. I have the same features as other users do.
