Hi,
You may recently have read that the Logitech Revue has been 'rooted' or 'cracked.' While what you do with your Logitech Revue is your choice, you must be aware that by rooting, cracking or modifying your Logitech Revue in any way, you will void your product warranty. The following is an excerpt from Logitech's Limited Hardware Warranty:
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from (1) accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly; (2) improper operation or maintenance, usage not in accordance with product instructions or connection to improper voltage supply; or (3) use of consumables, such as replacement batteries, not supplied by Logitech except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
In addition to the warranty being void, Logitech will not provide technical support for customers who have rooted or cracked their Logitech Revue.
Regards,
Logitech Revue Customer Care
