Can someone explain to me why a system (actually I have two revues with the same **bleep** problem) update has so screwed up the revue? I have never had a hard connection - always wireless and now my cable boxes are not recognized by the system. When I attempt to add box manually I get a network error that says I need an ethernet cable. **bleep** is the point of wireless if you need ethernet cables?
Is there a patch/fix or some way to fix the problem?

Welcome to the club,
I"m actually a 6year I.T guy
and this one also stump me, but i have learn that I.T is suffering huge changes
and most of the work has been narrow down to 1 person what used to be done by 10.
I also tried two Logitech Google T.V sets without success. ( the weekend of braggin' about Google t.v became don't say
anything about google T.V)
We'll try it on Weekday to make sure (the servers are brought back up from being down)
I am pretty sure Logitech I.T has made their point clear "Their I.T department needs more money to handle this errors) so
people can stop posting bad comments about logitech as a company being faulty.

I'm pretty sure they have good lawyers working on this if anybody is suing about this..
but if i were you, i would stay on Ethernet at least til monday, because at least you have a partially functioning Set.
mine out of the box told me to install an update without an option to skip the update.
and out of the box i go into the Unavailable network error step 7.
so if you're on at least with cable just RUN with it for now (because if you try to RESTORE TO DEFAULT) you'll probably be
stuck where i am right now with my brand new non-functioning set.
