Since Google Renamed Market to Play they have to start over on the 3.2 upgrade...  (Just Kidding)

Hopefully they'll put MPEG2 in the upgrade. it would be nice to play all those family videos filmed with the earlier DV Cams..

Well, I won't be giving Kudos to that support answer.  Please advise management that this customer makes decisions about future puchases based on support given products he has purchased from you.  When you discontinued the Revue, you committed to support the Revue.  I bought it after that committment was made.  So far, your support has been very poor.  Let's review....

1) Release of the 3.1 release many weeks after Sony.  

2) Horribly slow (8 days to get an answer) support on why the 3.1 upgrade did not roll out to my newly purchased Revue in December.  

3) No release of 3.2 in the many weeks since Sony has had it out.  

4) Failure to give users any projected date of when 3.2 might be released..

Zero for four.  That's not good at all.

The possibility of me making future Logitech purchases drops further with each encounter I have with Logitech support.  You're getting fairly close to zero.

You need to do a better job honoring your commitments, Logitech.

I appreciate that Logitech will take the device to 3.2 and hope you commit to providing future updates or at least allow the community to carry on its support.  There are plenty of technically savvy people that given the right tools can provide these updates for all of us, if Logitech chooses not to.
