From what I understand Logitech is looking into the WIFI issue.
I am curious to if it is the same as the WIFI issue that Honeycomb introduced for the Sony GTVs

Changed the network name in my router utilities, then went to network management on the revue, saw the new netwok name and selected that network, entered the information, then it connected and completed the update of the controller. Everything back to normal, thank god.

I don't know if it is the exact same problem. But the symptoms sound congruent to some of the experiences by Sony users. The issue is still open for Sony by the way. They have only resolved their DHCP issue that prevented them from obtaining a dynamic IP address from select routers.

Well, thanks again. I tried that too and still no success. For whatever it's worth, when I do try to use a one-word name, the Revue states "not in range" for that device while still showing the fully-named version on the wifi network availability and selection page (as "Remembered after I first Reset and then as "Disabled" after I try to add the one-word wifi network . It's like it sees existing wifi networks and will allow you to "try" to create a network, but won't actually create one. Isn't it Verizon and the modem that actually create the network and not us or the Revue that can just create one for these purposes? Is there a way to rename the Verizon network that we are using or is that just asking for more problems? Maybe there's something I'm missing here but the Revue seems to not be willing to connect to a wifi network that it clearly detects as present.

Yes I did. It shows "Not in Range" for that. It still shows the fully-named network, as "Remembered" right after reset then as "Disabled" after attempting to connect to the one-word named network. Isn't it Verizon that "created" this network and name and not us or Revue? It seems that it is the Revue that is not willing or able to connect to a network trhat it clearly recognizes as being present. Thanks once again for all your ideas. You are very persistent.

Seeker, yes I can be very persistent, just ask my husband. ;-) But if I hadn't been, I would never have figured out the solution for me.
if the Revue is still seeing the original wifi network and showing it as "Remembered", I suspect it hasn't done a compelete reset. Try holding the reset button down until one of the lights on the front of the revue goes out. It may take more than 10 seconds. The tv screen should go completely dark and in a few seconds the Logitech logo will redisplay on the screen. At that point it should start the setup process all over.

I'm having the same issues. It just does not want to connect to my Airport Extreme. It worked just fine before, now - nada. Just stuck at getting an IP address, then connection failure.

Have you tried setting up a static IP address for the Revue instead of trying to opbtain a dynamic IP address from the Airport Extreme?

Eferzz,
I have not. However, should I really have to when it worked just fine last night (and many nights before that)? All of my other wireless devices connect just fine without requiring special treatment.
The suggestion is appreciated, and I'll give it a shot, just think it should work without having to spend the time tweaking my network after being successfully connected for a long time prior.
Regards,
-Sam

I agree you shouldn't have to. However, when Sony released their Honeycomb update last month some of their users had similar issues where select DHCP servers on certain routers were no longer assigning dynamic IP address to Google TV. They had to re-roll the update package a few weeks later to address the issue. That's why Sony has two Honeycomb update packages to date. Sony still has WiFi withstanding issues that has yet to be addressed as well.
