Hello CatLogitech,
I have read through this entire thread and I must sat that I am infruiated. Ten pages of questions and answers from & to "customers" that have paid a pretty good dollar for Logitech's Revue (GoogleTV). Your standard messge states that you cannot get a product specialist to work the issue. The few times that you were able to get a product specialist - all that came back was issue obfuscation (requests for more infromation like: DLNA certs, router information, etc, port forwarding deals, etc) Everyone is using different gear and EVERYONE is having the same problem.
Is there a plan to resolve the issue? If there isn't, why not just say that Logitech will no longer support their product so we can move on.
I was hopeful that I would find the solution to my problem, but reading through this thread I have learned 2 other things: 1) I have the same problem as 100's (possibly 1000's) of other users, and 2) Logitech apparently has no intention of resolving it.
Given that I bought the Revue for the sole purpose of listening to streaming music and the occasional movie - it is of no use to me now. Anyone looking for a bargain-masement deal???

Hello,
I also went through the entire discussion and this is what I have to say:
- The problem is not connected to a specific NAS manufacturer. All the NAS listed are all DNLA compliant!
- The problem is not connected to the storage size
This is clearly a bug on the Logitech Revue and it is sad that there is NO SOLUTION even when customers have been waiting for the end of staff vacation! I have 2 Revues at home and a DLink ShareCenter 320 and I can't understand that till date, we have not received any CONSTRUCTIVE response from the tech team!
This is a product officially sold by Logitech, or are we second-hand customers?
Thanks!

My situation is perplexing. My Logitech Revue reads almost all but with a few exceptions (avi and mp4). Of the 300+ files only a dozen are missed entirely. I know the files are good because the Sony google TV picks them up and plays them all without exception. The files play in W7. I've tried rebooting / re-indexing etc but same results with same files. What gives?
My unit connects wirelessly as does the Sony unit.
