For the benefit of other customers, here's the procedure I followed, that was possible without doing a factory reset:1. Settings-->Accounts & sync-->"Add account"2. Follow the procedure to create a new GMail account (can be anything really; you're not going to need it for long).3. Once you've created a new GMail account, return to the "Accounts & sync" screen, select your primary GMail account, and choose "Remove account." (Don't worry, we'll add it back in a minute).4. Ctrl-Alt-Del, to be safe.5. Return to the Settings menu, and you should now be able to remove/add TVs, STBs, and other Harmony devices!6. Once you're done configuring your new STB/TV, go back to Settings-->Accounts & sync-->"Add account".7. Sign in with your regular Gmail account.8 (optional). Settings-->Accounts & sync, select your temporary GMail account you created in step 2, and choose Remove account. Thanks a lot for sharing this, it actually worked for me as backwards as it is to have to do this.
I'm really jonesing for a new Google TV but this should tide me until I pick one up.
I bought a new NSZ-GS7, went through setup drove it for a few hours every ting seemed fine. I shut it off last night and it shuts down my uverse dvr. i then continued to reboot the dvr when ever it goes to sleep.
I have unplugged the new Sony and am using my revue
the ergonomics of the logitech mini controller are so much better than the Sony
the Sony remote uses regular AA batteries so thats a negative
the viewing experience was about the same and its the same interface

I did all this, but still not working.
Then I believed it could be an account problem, and deleted twitter account.
Having only one new gmail account active - network problem was gone - and Revue logged in and I was able to add TV source and edit keyboard controls.
Thanks for the guidance.

Indeed You made my day! tnx
and that's it, after factory reset, (i have two Revues running on my net) my Revues worked like the first day i upgraded them, and network issues disappeared too, but yesterday i had the need to customize again so i go to settings and i had network issues again, i was very disappointed so i went to check the other Revue, but that was ok...
i was a little confused so i went on comparing the two boxes and i find that one of them was missing of twitter account, removed the account after reading you, on the fault revue and i had again a fast login on customization.
So tnx again, i have to share to the others that had the same issues now!
S.

I replaced my HDMI cables, turned off control for HDMI on the GS7 and it works fine now. Its a nice design, sony support worked with me via email and due to my hours I wanted to continue with support via email but they wanted me to call them. They called my house and left messages 4 times in one week trying to get me so they could fix the issue, that was a pleasant suprise

I encountered this issue and SIGNING OUT of Twitter did fix the problem with not being able to customize the controller keys on the Logitech Revue Google TV because of a NETWORK UNAVAILABLE error.
Cross-reference to the thread I created on http://www.googletvforum.org which led me here (hat tip to CatfishRivers): http://www.googletvforum.org/forum/logitech-revue/

I can confirm that this bug has still not been fixed. If you just remove Twitter as a synched account, the issue disappears.
