750E not recording

My out door camera 750E was not recording .I did format SD card it come back working, but around 12 hours the same problem happen again, This time i reset the camera. It 's olso back recording . again only 12 or 14 hours it goes of .now I have to reset every day for recording. any idea.Thanks

Hello lananh,
I am sorry to hear that your Alert Outdoor Camera is not recording. I see that you have attempted to format the SD Card to no avail.
I checked to see if your camera's are online but it says that there are no camera's associated with your account.
Here is what I would like you to do for me.
1, Check to make sure the Camera is updated to the current version. Should be 3.1.154
2, Unplug the Camera and take out the SD Card
3, Using the SD Card Adapter, format the SD Card on the Computer
4, Re-seat the SD Card into the Camera
5, Plug the Camera back with the sd Card inside and find the Camera on the Commander
Create and check for Recording by moving in front of your Camera, create a motion and check to see if it records.
Can I also get you to Monitor the Situation and let me know if it fails again.

Since downloading the most recent app and the newest upgrade to 4, my 750e cameras (2) have stopped recording motion detection. I've done everything suggested in earlier postings. One of my cameras also fail to format now, even after repeated attempts. Don't want to sound ignorant, but do I need to replace the SD cards? What else can I do. Everything was working so well up to just a week ago. Thanks.

Hello Beachbob,
I would like you to unplug your cameras and take out the SD card and format them in a card reader through your computer if possible.
If that does not work I would like you to contact the Customer Care center for your region.
