I have 3 out door cameras running and soon to be 4. There have been some ups and downs with them over the last 6 months or so. I am very pleased with the system, cameras and the advance support!!! I am although frustrated with the video viewing on the windows media thingy. I am sure there is another more advanced program I can use or purchase. I am not a computer wiz by any means, so I need some detailed direction. I need to zoom in on the video to see people in vehicles and the ability to read license plates while exiting the camera view. Right now the plates are a blur, I am sure do to fps recording or something, but I think if I can zoom in I can see the #'s.

Hello Duckdumper...
Although it is *not* officially supported by Logitech, my personal recommendation would be VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html)
Again, !!!not officially supported!!!... but it is definately worth a try.
PS... my duck pond has been looking rather empty lately...

Thanks, VLC is much, much cleaner video. And I can do a lot more with it. The plates are still blurry, but I am sure it is do to the camera settings, distance and such? Thanks again
OH, and the ducks. If there were any that you were real fond of? Sneak on by, they are displayed on my walls. Absolutely beautiful!!

Good to hear about the VLC working out for you.
In regards to the blurry plates, the ideal distance for the cameras view for 720p is ~50 feet. So if you are within that distance you will see that the video is more clear.
And, don't worry, my heart isn't so broken about the dumped ducks.
