Hi. I'm new here. Just installed my 750e system last weekend. Love it so far, but one problem. Video is a little choppy. Any solutions? Thanks.

When you say "choppy", are you viewing from the Alert Commander app on the PC, or Web/mobile ? ...daytime/night ? indoor or outdoor camera ? ...did you install/upgrade to the latest Alert Commander ( v3.1.139...late Feb ) ?
If well lit, you should get the full 15fps viewing from Alert Commander on the PC...the fps will drop as the light level drops. If viewing via web/mobile, then the internet connection affects that...so more layers of the onion that impact it. The latest s/w version allows full 15fps when zoomed all the way out in well lit scenes ( was 10fps in that condition before ).
FYI...you'll see a lot more information in the Alert forum than this one.

I upgraded, but still have the problem. Will check the Alert forum. Thanks.
