The error message that you get on your Phone will be any one of the these :
C 500 Something - There is a Problem with your Camera(s) - Your camera transmission timed out / Lost connection to your network (Usually Powercycling your Router resolves this issue)
L 500 Something - There is a Problem with our Servers
M 500 Something - There is a Problem with our Servers
