First excuse my bad english.
I have 3 outdoor cameras with HomePlug Powerline and WiFi to my computer.
I often lost my 3 cameras in Alert Commander and I want to connect these 3 cameras with cable Ethernet together.
I don't know how to realize the network. Must I use a switch ? a router ?
Can somebody give me explanation and possibly to send me a plan ?
Thanks for tour help.

What you need to eliminate the HomePlug stuff is a switch that has PoE ports...here is an example...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8
You simply connect it to your router via one of the non-PoE ports, and your cameras would go to the PoE ports...that's it.
If you have your router on a UPS, just put the switch there too...so your cameras would thus be on UPS and protected from the minor power outages.
