I bought a Logitech M325 mouse in Singapore today. After using I found that this mouse has a fundermentally design problem( But not malfunction). So I returned it to the reseller, since it's not malfunction, I had a really bad argue with them althrough finally exchanged microsoft mouse.
The issue is that the cursor can't move straight when I didn't hold the mouse straight. Since the censor is not centrally located, when I hold the mouse with a bit angel, then move the mouse following X-Axis, the cursor actually moving down following Y-Axis as well. This issue is created simply because the sensor of the mouse is not in the center! Just try to be honest, how many people will hold the mouse exactly straight?
I really hope logitech can take the issue seriously and give me some feedback. Actually if you google and will find lots of similar issue but most of the people were treating it as their own problem. I really had a bad day, although eventually I got a replacement, but it's after 1hr arguing. I hope you could raise this issue seriously to the product team/design team or management level.
