Absolutely Disgusted in the lack of customer service.

I made an order over the internet on the 25th of May. When I had not recieved this in 3 weeks, I tried to contact them via the email service - a frustrating and eyeball gouging event. I was given a number (that did not work) to call for sales.

When I emailed them to tell them the number did not work, I was given the same response and phone number to call, after I responded I failed to receive another reply from them. Since I still wanted my keyboard and mouse, I found the customer service (haha) number and called it to be told, they cannot deal with a sales enquiry, and they cannot give me a phone number of a department that I can call.

They sent an email to query where my order went, and promised to call me back. I did not receive a call, so 1 week later I phoned them again. This time I was told that it would be delivered in 3 days and so I hung up, only to call back an additional 4 times the next week when it still hadn't arrived. 

I was told  that I would be phoned back, I NEVER received one phone call, they refused to put me through to someone in management, citing they cannot disclose names. So far I have been told, the distribution centre did not recognise the code in the system and that is the delay. They also told me they cannot actually call the sales department? or the distribution centre?  What kind of pathetic company is this?

I thought Telecom gave infuriatingly bad customer service and ridiculously poor follow up, but Logitech makes Telecom look like a shining beacon of pristine excellence next to Logitech's absolutely pointless customer service team. 

Logitech provides no way for you to easily contact them if you have a problem, and if you cannot get satisfaction - something common by the looks of the other complaints, there is no way to escalate the problem!

What do I have to do to get my order sent out?? take a plane to the distribution centre and show them how the hell to walk to the shelf and throw it on a courier?

Logitech is the ABSOLUTE WORST service  I have ever received in my entire life, and I have dealt with a lot of companies I thought were bad.

Congratulations Logitech, You officially suck.

Update. The supervisor Dennis has failed to call me back as did the  first supervisor Glen. I continue to wait for some response regarding my purchase. The forum moderators have seen fit to edit my posts, but still cannot take time out of their day to actually fix the issue. Which would include SENDING MY ITEMS OUT. Thanks. I will make a diary of the inactivity from their UNHELP desk.

I am sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. I've escalated your support incident to the supervisor in charge of your region. A support team member should be reaching out to you in the next few days.

Just when I thought the customer service team had finally pulled a finger out their behind. Last night I was phone ! AMAZING!!! to be told they had to cancel my order, then I was to reorder the item. I was given a code to use to redeem a 40% discount. Well that was great because at least that will cover the 20 min freakin phone call I had to make to thei OTHER incompetent branch of customer service in the United States. Well at least that is what I thought. It seems that Logitech have decided to extend their frustrating inability to get things right to the inner workings of their website as I am now unable to order that item from the website.

How freaking convenient that i would be mucked around till I was ready to boot someone in the face, and now when they supposedly tried to make up for the problem, it is now unavailable.

I have never ever in my life experienced a company that was so disinterested in selling items!

Are they getting some kind of a massive tax refund for this or something?

I am just laughing about it now, because it's almost like I'm gettihg punked, I keep looking around for the cameras.

In anycase, Logitech can take a long jump off a short peir, I will be taking my business elsewhere for the remainder of my life, and all my family and every person I am able to influence will hear about this just freakishly bad service.

 

Thanks for wasting about 3 hours of my life and making me spend money on a phone call to get some satisfaction. Absolutely DISGUSTED.

STILL NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER OR A REPLY.

 

CAN LOGITECH PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL REGARDING THE  2ND ORDER I HAVE MADE FOR THE SAME ITEM. IT SAYS 3 DAYS DELIVERY ON THE WEBISTE, WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH, TRY 78 DAY NON DELIVERY. WHY IS IT THAT EVERYTIME I CALL UP YOUR UNHELP DESK FEEDS ME A LOAD OF LIES AND BRUSHES ME OFF THEN I DONT GET THE THING THEY PROMISED.

 

ALL I WANT IS MY ORDER...IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR? 

 

IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. I AM GOING TO MAKE A BLOG ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE LOGITECH HAS AND EVERYONE CAN MAKE COMMENTS ABOUT HOW THEY HAVE BEEN INGNORED.

I am very sorry to hear about this. I was told by the regional team that this case was resolved via a phone call on July 5th, but apparently this is not the case. I've just sent an urgent inquiry to the support supervisor in your region, asking them to review your case ASAP. I will help you get to the bottom of this. Once again, I apologize for the extremely frustrating experience you've received. I will keep you posted as soon as I hear back from the regional team.

Well your regional team is a bunch of pass the buck morons.

Does logitech consider 'resolved' to be telling the customer that yes, their order will arrive in a few days, and telling them they will call them back the next day to confirm, then yes, logitech 'resolved' my issue.

I have had it, I don't understand how a company as large as yourself can get something so simple, so absolutely wrong. Im just now on the phone to the call centre, getting the run around for the 12th time (yes that is how many infuriating phonecalls i have had to indure from you people) How is it, that logitech has no chain of management? Does the call centre just pass you around from person to person posing as 'supervisors' who tell you a load of lies so they can hang up, or, what is happening to me now, placed on hold for unbeleivably long periods of time in the hopes i will give up and end the call?

Well, amazing, I have just been on hold for 7 mins and finally Mark - a supervisor has taken the call, and is now placing me on hold to look at my order. 

Im imagining an office with one very old  computer and a line of people behind it waiting for their turn to use it. That is how long it takes for the simplest thing to be looked up, it would also explain why they are unable to do a simple thing like - get my order to send to me, even though that is the complete point of this business I have come to assume.

Oh nice, Mark just came back after an additional 5 mins of making me wait on hold, to tell me that he is unable to look at this one because his colleugue is already handling it, but is unfortunately on lunch and can I call back.

What the flipping balls kind of customer service is this? I think I just found a new job! I will aproach Logitech as a customer service consultant and show them how to ACTUALLY provide service, seing as none of the people currently employed there can figure that one out.

Im on hold again, how lovely! 

it also very hard to be able to get a complaint going in logitech. they have obstructed any attempts to report this gross incompetence to anyone other than themselves in the New Zealand call centre. I am emailing generalaus@logitech.com.au as instructed by Mark. He has suggested I talk to Cathy. Hopefully this email will actually work since all the other ones I have sent have absolutely no effect.

the email i was given was a complete FAIL, how typical, jeez you guys are freakin USELESS. Just cancel my mother **bleep**ing order and i will go to another company.

Luckily I wasn't holding my breath over the weekend.

 

Logitceh, otherwise known as LOSERTECH, failed to contact me, email me back, or provide me with my order.

 

I am almost positive they are all incompetent idiots now, and I am only following this through to satisfy some bizzare sense of curiosity to see how much worse they can get.

 

I guess this could be a great case study of what 'not' to do if you want repeat business.

 

So, I called up again and spoke to a representative who, cannot multitask at all, I know this because he placed me on hold to look up my order. Either that or they really do only have one computer in the office and he scrambled over to use it.

Needless to say, the information he gave me after my 5 mins wait on hold was pointless and not actually informative at all. I asked for the tracking number for the item, so I could perhaps get in touch with the courier company and find out where it is. I was told they cannot find out this information. So now I think that the company Logitech employs to field calls, doesnt actually have any access at all to any of their data bases, that is the only explanation to why they are this pathetically useless.

I am waiting now to speak with the supervisor, I was told some person would call me back, but the odds on that happening are..well..probably 5 trillion to one.
