Alert suggestion/Terrible Specialist for online!!! BPhillips.

I am glad to say that i love your security cameras.... and one thing that you could add is when they detect motion they zoom in on the motion and follow it! that way when a robber or someone comes by the detection will zoom in on them and get them red handed.... of course make this an option not a have to be! make it like a check mark so you can uncheck it or check it if you want the camera to do that. It would be great for homes... Buisnesses not so much but it may still help for night time! THanks! and also your support and specialist are terrible on helping me... I am most likely going to be sending and product back... saying that it was better then what it really is >.<

Due to the nature of asynchronous forum communication, often it is difficult to track down the nature of a specific technical issues right the way. thanks very much for sending that to the alert people! also if anyone thinks this is a really good idea please post here and agree that way you can make sure that everyone will like that agreement!

hey um also antonc can you please send the logitech people another thing? i would also suggest adding two way talking!!! it would be another great option for the camera have like a microphone and button to press to talk back to the people when they talk to you so you can reply! that would be another great thing to add to the camera i would be very pleased! please make the microphone good... make it like the microphone on the camera as it is a really good microphone!

also another thing i do have a complain on the alert camera theyve messed with the motion detection so much that the camera hardly picks anything up anymore it needs set real high again because i have it at a 100 and it hardly picks anything up... if i get robbed and this camera doesnt pick anything up im going to be mad
