Bad customer service from Logitech Portugal

Good morning,
Is with some regret that I note that your support in Portugal simply does not work.
I have a product out of warranty because, i don't have a receipt, then your support make a propose solution, 50% discount to use in yours Web e-commerce website.
After this proposal takes a week to give-me the code for this discount be made, and only give the code after two phone calls to the helpline.
Finally, it is impossible to make any purchase through your site, because the system
automatically cancels the purchase, I spoke with several assistants in your helpline, but only the last, Mr.Gonçalo I answered by rounds of 12:00 of 10-01-2010, showed me that the problem was actually the entity responsible for e-commerce, which was having problems with system.
That is not got any response from you unless, you have a sincere
wait, we do not know when it gets resolved ...
Is this the technical support that Logitech offers its customers?
I sincerely hope to solve this problem as soon as possible, otherwise
I shall take the measures it deems necessary and is quite clear that they lose acustomer logitech.

i will wait for the contact, of the customer care team, in Portugal, you support is very slow, i'm waiting to solve my problem since 4/01/2011, i only want to buy another product, but the e-coomerce website don't work properly, i have try use 3 credit cards, and i have no results, if i made a wire transfer, i have to wait, 8 days for they send me the product, i only want this solved.
