Hi, i requested a support for a broken control pod on z-5500 speakers. After rewieving my case support said they need to do a product replacement but i have to send my broken control pod to logitech. UPS sent me email with links to print my shipping return labels, but link does not work. Every time i click on a link it displays following error:
Error: Label Delivery system is currently unavailable. Please try again later. ( Error Code: 300000 )
same is happening with my get the receipt link. This is a second day since im having the problem so try again option does not work . Anybody having this kind of problem? I have mailed ups with my problem but they dont respond
