Coupon Code At Check Out Not Working?

Hello, guys. I received an e-mail from Cryptic Studios (devs of Star Trek Online) today that includes a discount code for a Logitech product. However, when I paste the code into the coupon code box and click "Apply Code" the code box becomes empty and nothing else has changed. The price has not changed to reflect the discount code. I have cleared my browser's cache and it still does not work. Is there a fix for this?

I'm having the exact same problem. Any help would be appreciated. I have called support and they told me to contact Perfect World and have them regenerate the code. Of course you can't call perfect world - so I had to open an email incident. Got a reply that someone should be getting with me about this issue in 3 - 4 business days.

When I got the email, the code didnt even come with it! Ive sent a email to Star Trek Online but I have yet to hear back from them...

Ditto. In addition to calling Logitech support a week ago, I opened a perfect world support ticket a week ago today. Estimated response time was 3-4 business days. That was up yesterday.
Starting to lose hope that this will be resolved before 5/31. A shame really. I would have loved to spent money with Logitech. Now I suppose I'll have to go with Razer.

Hi All,
Because the code is distributed by a 3rd party partner, Logitech's support team may not be able to resolve this for you. Your best bet is to contact Perfect World's support and see if they can send you another code.

I received a coupon code from Logitech that does not work either: called Logitech who indicated that they would get back to me within 2-3 days.
