Maybe my money dont have any value in logitech? because this customer services is the worst

I'm experiencing trouble viewing my orders. Am able to log in to my account, but can go no further. The website just hangs. I wonder what in the world is going on with Logitech's support and website? It seems that these problems have been happening for a week or more now.

Web store: Our technical team is still working on a fix for the issue related to viewing orders / existing order search. We will update the community as soon as more information becomes available.
Sales Support: We are still experiencing a higher than normal volume on our sales support line. Our sales agents are also working hard at answering the weekend email backlog sent to sales_support@logitech.com. Email inquiries are being answered in the order received. We apologize for the delay and your patience is much appreciated.

Dear AntonC,
I keep getting payment authorization failed with my debit card. I've asked my friend to order for me and he too, got the same message. The coupon expires on 14 Sep, please help! ![]()
I have already emailed to sales_support@logitech.com, hoping that they'll reply me asap.
Is it possible to transfer my money through wire if the website billing system isn't working for me?

I ordered some z906 speakers and they arrived damaged. UPS said only the shipper can file a damage claim. I've been trying to contact Logitech for the past 3 days (Fri, Sat and Today) and all I can get is the "on hold music" every time. I've tried calling back and waiting 1/2 each time, but no one ever picks up!
This is very frustrating.
I've also emailed support and gotten no reply.
I am on the verge of disputing this with AMEX!

What would be nice is to state in your Phone message that you are having problems and an alternate solution, instead of the phony how important our time is. My curiosity, as to how long i would be on hold, ended after an hour to the sales department. Lost sales include 2 revues, & 2 hd-webcams.

It is good to know that someone is on this problem. I am wondering if my coupon will expire on September 14th. My purchase will not go through and I don't want to attempt another order online until I hear from someone that the "Payment Authorization Failure" issue is fixed. I have tried more than a dozen times. Any word from you will be appreciated. Is.there any progress?
