Hi All,

I am having such a problem with getting the Mini-scrollbar to work on the right-side. It just doesn't appear. It will work in IE, but not in Firefox. I have updated, downloaded, and checked everything on the Support Site. Nothing works!

Please help.

Could you please provide additional details on the problem you are experiencing? Is this issue unique to the Logitech support community? Is this related to a specific Logitech product/driver? If you can post a screenshot that'd be very helpful.

The screenshot exceeds 20,000 characters and will not load to reply. Is there another way. I tried .pdf and .jpeg.

I can also Adobe OpenSource.

Could you resize the image and attach it to your reply by using the insert image button in the text editor? If you are unable to do this, please open a ticket with our support team and one of our support agents will be more than happy to provide additional help.

Hi Anton,

I am still having problems with M/N: M-RCJ134 Mouse to use the mini-pop-up Menu on the right-hand side of the page. The pop-up is suppose to over to Go to Top, Scroll Here, Go to Bottom, etc.. In works in IE9, but not Firefox 9 or Chrome.
