No long story,  just a dissatisfied customer.  You buy the best product offered for portable headset usage.  Use it a dozen times over 2 years, and the ear foam pieces just crumble.  Don't look for replacement parts here, they don't sell them and don't have any in stock..  A good working headset, just not comfortable now.   Feels like planned obsolesce.  Not the first time this company has let me down.  Customer service is what keeps you coming back, their products are the commodity.

The generic ear foams sold at most office supply stores fit the H555 headset.
