Harmony Remote Suggestion

I have the Harmony 670 and am extremely satisfied with the unit's functionality. However, the feel/reactions of the buttons could use a little work. I am a huge fan of the DIRECTV remote. The buttons are soft, yet are substantial and solid at the same time. There is enough of a "snap" when a button is pressed to know without a doubt that you have pressed it. I will say that in seeing the pictures of the new models (the Harmony 650 and Harmony 700), it appears that the buttons are more like those found on DIRECTV's remote.

 

Otherwise, keep up the good work, Logitech!
