I returned a product that was received by Logitech on 7/25 but I still have not gotten a refund. I don't feel like calling again since I already had to call twice just to get the return label so hopefully the credit is in process and not another "nothing gets done until I call" issue.

You can check the status of your support incident online:
1. Click on "My Account" on the upper right hand corner of the screen
2. Click on "Go to My Stuff" on the right hand column
3. Click on your support incident under "Questions".
