I recently purchased two Logitech® Professional Presenter R800 that qualified for mail in rebates. I carefully followed the instructions, and made sure each envelope contained the rebate form, copy of receipt, and the original UPC. I am 100% positive everything was in there. I just received a card saying Logitech could not honor my MIR because it was missing the UPC. I have tried to call the phone number listed, but am unable to get an actual person on the line. I don't know how much good it will do since I no longer have the original UPC. I did not make a copy of it, since they only take the original UPC for rebates. I have never had this problem with rebates through other companies, but after a quick Google search, it appears many people have had this exact issue with Logitech.
Is there anything that can be done to resolve my issue?

I forgot to add, when I checked the status online, one rebate lists the status detail as "Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing." The other rebate is lists the status detail as "Invalid." The invalid reason is "Logitech Presenter R800 Missing UPC". Bother rebate offers were packaged exactly the same way.
