New user, can't place order

I attempted to order a few items. I entered my information for New Customer which lead to screen when I entered my personal information. After that I was taken back to the previous screen. I figured, maybe, now that I registered the account I needed to log in to it. Which seemed odd. Attempting to log in under Returning Customer results in "Enter a valid email address."

So I went back to the home page and went to My Account. "Go to My Stuff" welcomes me by name and allows me to edit my account information.

"View my shopping cart" takes me back to the items I wanted to order.

Check status, order history, and edit account take me to "My Account Login" where I'm again told to "Enter a valid email address."

Re: New user, can't place order

I logged out and attempted to login from a different computer with the same results. My browser's cache doesn't appear to be a factor in this issue.

The nice person I talked with saw that my account exists and was going to place the order for me. However I said I wanted to get the login working so I can order again in the future if I wanted. As well as other things like checking the status of my order that logging in would give me access to.

I'm still encountering "Enter a valid email address." when I click on check status, order history, or edit account. Even after my password was changed my email isn't being recognized.

As far as I can tell the orders I attempted to place didn't go through. The top of the page said:

Billing > Shipping > Verify Order > Order Compled >

All I saw was the personal information screen followed by the Returning Customer / New Customer login again. There was no order verification or confirmation that it was completed.

Since I can't login and check that no orders have been placed I hope I'm not surprised later.

I was interested in the G500 mouse and C615 camera. I see I can get these on Amazon and save money by ordering from there. Though from reading reviews I also see that I risk getting a defective item and possible support hassles if I need to RMA it later. Both reasons why I felt it was worth it to spend a little more by ordering directly from the Logitech site if it weren't for this login issue.

I spoke with a second person and made sure any items purchased from Amazon would still be covered by Logitech past Amazon's 30 day policy. So for now it looks like I'll be takling my chaces with them.
