I am sure you have had many people posting this sort of thing, but as a lifelong customer of logitech gaming products i would like to congratulate you on your incredible customer service.
Only six days ago and only for the second time i have had to contact customer support for assistance with my logitech product, this time it was a G25 racing wheel.
Yesterday i had a replacement G27 wheel free of charge with the minumum of fuss. I am lost for words on how quickly this was resolved and i am incredibley happy to be back racing so quickly.
Thank you so much Logitech from one very happy customer.
