The only official Logitech / CeXchange trade-in program (now discontinued) was for a discount on new items purchased from logitech.com. You should have received a 20% off discount code immediately when you registered on Logitech's trade-in program web page. Did you register on the Logitech / CeXchange trade-in site, or did you participate in a 3rd party electronics recycling program?
