Hello all, I basically had issues with my Logitech G35 Headset and Logitech explained through their ticket support system that they would replace my headset.
Thats fair enough I thought but for weeks I have been wasting my time through their ticket system... I basically get the email receipts so I know the tickets have gone through but stil no response, its as though they have now snubbed me off!!
I have shocked to be honest and very dissapointed!
This is likely to stop me purchasing any future products unless this gets resolved.

I am sorry to hear about the delay with your ticket. I've escalated this ticket and an agent should be responding to you ASAP to arrange for product pickup and RMA.
