Contacted Logitech about my Alto keyboard bundle, got a fast initial reply, sent back the info with the proof of purchase and all the serial numbers etc, but can't get a reply back for 4 days now. The web page was redesigned during the weekend though, was it broken? Should I resubmit my claim again? Please help!
