Well where do you want me to start on how terrible logitech is i ordered my product over 3 weeks ago.... i get a email a week later saying i should call i call on thursday the guy says oh itll be leaving the warehouse tuesday dont worry youll get a email monday.... tuestday comes by stilll no tracking email im sorry but im pissed right off. i have never had 3 weeks shipping and your guys support is awful. they dont even help and you cant even find a sales department email. i emal oh sorry this is tech support i cant help you... well this is pathetic.. i can order something from literally any other site and get it by the end of the week... can i please get a sales department email or a tracking number for my email if i dont get my webcam by friday this is really pathetic a month later.. sad.

Where are you?
In the UK deliveries have been within a few days of placing the order. And Logitech ships from the Netherlands.
