S-0155A USB/Portable Speakers Not Working - Need Driver?

I've looked through the Logitech support pages and can't even find model number S-0155A listed.  These are Logitech USB Notebook/Portable speakers that I recently purchased at Best Buy so I'm surprised there's no documentation here.

My problem is that they originally worked, and now do not.  Now, when I plug them in, I get an error message stating that the device wasn't installed properly and I need updated drivers.  Has anyone had this problem, and if so, what did you do to fix it?

I'm using Windows XP.

Thanks!

Hi ana,
All Logitech USB speakers use Windows native drivers. If your OS is asking for drivers they will have to come from there. Try updating your OS.

Re: S-0155A USB/Portable Speakers Not Working - Need Driver?

I have Windows Vista and it is up to date (I just verified).  The speakers are attached, with the lights lit (indicating power and connection) and still they are not recognized and do not work.  What is my next best step for Tech Support?
