Hi, I've been considering purchasing the Z Cinema Advanced Surround Sound 2.1 System but was hoping for clarification of a couple of issues before ordering it. Hopefully you guys can help me, apologies for my ignorance with these issues but I'm not particularly "technologically-minded" !
My office equipment is as follows:-
Desktop = Dell Inspiron 530 (Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Processor, 3 GB Ram, Vista Home Premium)
TV/Monitor - Samsung LCD LE37A456C http://www.currys.co.uk/martprd/store/cur_page.jsp
Console = PS2 slimline (may possibly bring my Xbox 360 or PS3 into the mix later)
Ok, so I believe the Z Cinema connects to the PC via USB, which would be fine with the above set-up for watching movies and listening to music. However, would I be able to connect my PS2 to the Z Cinema system as well, so that I get decent sound for games (the Samsung built-in speakers are way too quiet, tinny and generally poor).
If so, what connectors would I require and where could I get these in the UK ? Would all the PC and PS2 conenctions be able to be "plugged" in at the same time, or would I need to mess around with plugging/unplugging when changing from PC to PS2 use and back again.
Also, should I bring my Xbox 360 to my office, would I also be able to connect that to the Z Cinema system ?
Sorry if these questions sound a little stupid, but any help you can provide will be much appreciated !

Hi TTU,
If the console has a USB input, an operating system with a USB audio driver, then all these things will work. Otherwise you will have to connect via the 3.5mm Aux connector. In order to get the full experience with these speakers you need to be running Vista or XP Media Center edition.
