Speaker - General Discussion

I had this thing working before, not sure what happened, now when I plug it in, I get nothing, it doesn't install anything I and I get the error code USB Device Not Recognized.

At first I thought it was my hub... so I plugged directly into the computer and nothing....

Then I reinstalled my whole computer from scratch, installed it first, and still nothing....

I don't get it? Can anyone help me out?
