Hello,

I just purchased and installed an X540 speaker system when I realized that the surround game console adapter was not shipped in the box.  How can I uptain a replacement?  Can I get this part directly from Logitech?  My original purchase was from Dell.com.

Hi,

I have a similar problem to yours. I have just purchased the logitech x-530 but I now realise that it did not come with the adaptor. I have been searching online and it seems to be difficult to purchase the said adaptor in the UK.  I have however stumbled on a website that offers the item. It is a logitech site and the warehouse seem to be located in the Netherlands. I think I will purchase the item from them. Just thought that you might be interested as well. First you have to contact the Logitech customer support service about this problems. Provide them all the fact about your problemn that you are not received game console adapter. If you are really not received it then I am sure that company wil exchange your box.
