Bad Z623?

Hello,
While viewing the forum, I came across with 2 threads who described the same problem as mine:
No sound, and static noise from speakers.
I belive this is a factory problem and not our fault, and why do I have to wait for so long so my set of speakers I purchased for my hard earnd money will get fixed due to a factory error? The support team really gave me hopes but now they are moving me back and forth, this is REALLY frustrating.
EDIT:
Just found another "my Z623 stopped working static noise" etc thread.

im having the same exact problem only after 3 months!!!!, sometimes when i turn it on it makes one popping noise and then nothing else and sometimes it keeps making popping noise just like the video, replacing the right speaker will fix the problem ?

Sounds more like a failure in the electronics and not a bad speaker itself.

HII , I also bought speaker system z 623 after 15 days stop working no sound and static noise .Tell me if you find any resolution of this problem then tell me

The day I bought these set of speakers I am facing one issue, The speakers off after a few minutes of run, maybe some wire problem in the right speaker set. The system starts again if we shake the right speaker., I want this product replaced. I am in delhi, India, Please help me whom to contact as the service center does not pick up my phone. I dont like this kind of service. Please help.
