Dunno what to suggest-check the manual. Is the Z515 set as the default audio device in System preferences. You may also have to make adjustments in Audio MIDI setup. You may have to close your music playing application while plugging in the wireless usb adapter, then open it again. Please tell us more about what Mac you have so that we can help you better. is the usb wireless light lit up on the speaker? is it fully charged?

Hello carlos_barbs,
Pleas ensure your USB dongle is plugged directly in to your computers USB port and not plugged in to a pass through device such as a USB hub. You may also want to select the Z515 speaker as your default output device via system preferences. You can do this by clicking on the apple logo in the upper left hand corner of your screen, then click on system preferences. In the hardware section, click on sound. Once you are there, click on output and select the Logitech speaker as your default output device. If your speaker is still not functioning you can reset the Z515 speaker. There's a small hole in the back of the speakers, under the flip out back, to the left of the USB carrying slot. With your speakers powered on, take a paper clip and press the button in that hole until they turn off. Plug the receiver into a fresh unused USB port, then power up the speakers and pair your speakers with the USB dongle. To pair your speakers with its USB dongle, press the pinhole connect button on the dongle, simultaneously hold down the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons on the back of your Z515 Speaker for 10 seconds. The green wireless connection LED will begin blinking quickly. Your speaker should pair with its dongle within moments.
I hope this helps you out.
Sincerely,
