I would just like to add one comment, This procedure voids your warranty and is not suggested.

Hello, sorry I forgot to put this warranty, this method is only for those who have the warranty expired in my case.

Re: FIXED PROBLEM! Z5450 Rear Wireless Flashing Red Light

This is interresting: could you please provide detailed information on this process?

I suppose you completely removed the board from the speaker?

How did you heat the radio module with the heat gun? What was the temperature or the heat level of your heat gun?

Thanks!

Re: FIXED PROBLEM! Z5450 Rear Wireless Flashing Red Light

After checking manual, I think one of rear speakers had disconnected w/ control center by blinking red. Followed with manual guide to re-connect them, the data were still lost. Failed to re-connect each other. Why is the radio module of Z5450 NOT reliable like this? I really don't understand.

Hi supneo, would you be able to tell me how you opened up one of the rear speakers? Despite removing the four screws found behind the speaker "grille" holder wells, the front holding the speaker cones (with the silver rim round the sides) still do not separate from the rear block.

Re: FIXED PROBLEM! Z5450 Rear Wireless Flashing Red Light

Hi rebOOtz,

that's normal, after removing the 4 screws, the front face with the mounted speaker and the gray plastic is supposed to be removed at the rear black block and the front side gray junction: but the front gray face is also fixed by some kind of double side rubber band, you have to find something that can be inserted in the gray/black junction, andyou have to gently force all around the junction in order to separate them, without damaging the gray front face or the balck rear block....

Has anyone heard from supneo yet?  I am able to open the speakers but do not know what the wifi radio looks like to resolder.  Please help.
